FAQ

Frequently asked questions

This page covers a couple of questions regarding your user account and software license

User Account

You can create your free trial account through the Registration form.

You receive an email with a confirmation link.  You need to click that link in order to complete your registration.

If you remember your user account email, you can request a password reset through this form.

If you forgot the email address associated with your user account, you can contact Support with your name and address, and a copy of your ID card or driver license to confirm your identity. Based on this, we can perhaps restore your account.

You can delete your account from My Account page.

In the event that your paid subscription is not yet terminated, the remaining duration is permanently lost.

Subscriptions & Payment

We offer 3 plans:

  • Trial (free)
  • Light (paid)
  • Pro (paid)

You find all details and pricing on the Pricing page.

Contact Support and we’ll upgrade your plan from LIGHT to PRO at no extra charge.  Instead, the remaining duration of your current subscription will be shortened accordingly (ratio of the pricing PRO / LIGHT).

Downgrading from PRO to LIGHT is not possible.

At this moment, we only offer checkout through the PayPal payment gate.  You can pay with your PayPal account, or with several credit cards.

Click the BUY button on the Pricing page to activate your subscription.

We do not issue invoices. You can use the PayPal payment receipt for your tax administration.

You cannot terminate (interrupt) a subscription.  Your subscription runs for 12 months and terminates by itself.

Subscriptions are not automatically extended. We do not charge your credit card for a new period, at the end of the current period.

You can test our software to its full extend through the Free Trial plan.  As such, there should not be any surprises or other reasons for a refund, after subscribing.

As with any other internet service, such as music and video streaming, you cannot return your purchase and request a refund.  When creating your account, you have agreed with the No Refund Policy outlined in our Terms of Use.
